Had Sunday lunch here - didn’t have a kids menu - which was a bit odd. Food was lovely from what I had, beef others had pork which was just ok crackling was really good.. apple and blackberry crumble was very tasty, unlike the very dry stodgy sticky toffee pudding my other half had.. Service: 4

This was my second time staying here, and I love it even more than I did on the first time. The designers created very modern and comfortable rooms that fit perfectly with the historic nature of the buildings. The Restaurant and Bar are both very very good I would happily stay here next time. I’m in the area. Service: 4

Checked in late Friday night after a long 4 hour drive to arrive to the most stunning 1 bedroom apartment beautifully furnished in a location! Unfortunately, we arrived so late we weren’t able to eat at the Machine Inn restaurant so can’t rate the food but our water wasn’t working so couldn’t have a shower before bed. The staff were amazing and very kindly refunded 50% off the room price. Plus by 9am the water was back on and we could shower before we left! Would love to go back! Service: 5
