First time trying Peruvian food. Brad was incredibly helpful and attentive in helping us navigate the menu. We really enjoyed the cevichi which was super fresh and bright. We also got the Parillada as a family serving and it was an enormous amount of food. The plantains were also very tasty! Highly recommend this location. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50

We stopped in for lunch on a Saturday around noon and had a great experience. The restaurant was quiet when we first arrived, with maybe one other party dining at the time, but by the time we were leaving, a few more tables had come in. Our food came out very quickly, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. Our party ordered the lomo saltado (stir-fried beef with onions, tomatoes, and fries), ceviche mixto (mixed seafood ceviche), and frijoles con cordero (beans with lamb). All three dishes were excellent. I have eaten at many Peruvian restaurants and have also been to Peru, so I have a real appreciation for authentic Peruvian food. Machu Picchu Delights is absolutely right up there with other Peruvian restaurants I have enjoyed. Like anywhere, certain dishes may be seasoned or prepared slightly differently from place to place, but the flavor, quality, and authenticity were definitely there. The menu is fully in Spanish, with no English translations, so that is something to keep in mind if you do not speak or read Spanish. People in my party were able to help translate, and since I am already familiar with Peruvian food, I recognized many of the classic dishes I enjoy. Personally, I appreciated that the restaurant felt authentic and true to the culture. Overall, I would definitely recommend Machu Picchu Delights to friends and family. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the experience felt genuine. This is a great spot for anyone who enjoys Peruvian food or wants to try something authentic and flavorful.
