I visited NGV after a friend highly recommended their cake. I was genuinely impressed. It was a vegan cake made without eggs or refined sugar, yet it was beautifully balanced, elegant, and incredibly satisfying. It didn’t feel like a “healthy alternative”—it felt like a truly refined dessert. I can see why a cake of this quality is served at such a prestigious gallery. It was an unforgettable experience, and one of the best vegan desserts I’ve ever had. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be ordering one for my next tea gathering. Highly recommended!

We recently ordered a three‑layer chocolate ganache cake for our child’s 13th birthday, and it was an absolute hit. Everyone loved it. Kids and adults couldn’t stop complimenting how delicious it was. Several parents even asked where it was from and were genuinely surprised to learn it was vegan because it was unbelievably soft and rich.Truly one of the best eggless/vegan cakes we’ve ever had.
