After a long walk around Reston Town Center, go to this bar and have a rest here. Cooks at Makers Union do their best to provide visitors with good chicken tenders, garlic parmesan and crab soup. Perfectly cooked bread pudding, egg waffles and French toasts have a good taste. Come here and order delicious Mimosas, coffee martini or craft beer. Some clients like great cold coffee, bread drink or French coffee at this place.

The outdoor seating is perfect for having a meal with your family. Many guests suppose that the staff is cute at this place. The enjoyable service is a great advantage of this spot. Eggs this dry belong in a desert I’ve had free hotel breakfasts that put this plate to shame, and Makers Union is charging real money for it. We paid $60 for two people and left feeling robbed. The Union breakfast arrived and the scrambled eggs were overcooked, dry, and bland. They weren’t even seasoned. The bacon was cooked past crispy and into cardboard. The potatoes were the only thing on the plate that didn’t disappoint. The buttermilk biscuit was forgettable, and the “honey butter” tasted like plain butter. Where’s the honey? My boyfriend paid $6 for a basic cup of coffee, then got half and half that was chunky. Chunky! That’s not creamer, that’s a science experiment. The service was a mess. Our waiter seemed stressed, but the place wasn’t even busy, so this isn’t on him. It’s on the people running the restaurant. When a quiet dining room still feels chaotic, that’s a management problem. It got worse when my mom ordered a gluten free burger to go for my sister and they gave her a regular bun. Nobody caught it. My mom only found out because she asked if it was gluten free and they told her no. To their credit, they fixed it and didn’t charge us, but my sister was worried about getting sick, and honestly that’s fair. If you’re going to offer gluten free options, take them seriously. For some people it’s a real health issue, and a mix-up like that shouldn’t happen. Virginia Kitchen in Herndon costs about half as much and is better in every way. We went on a Friday night. We had a reservation for 7pm. We didn't have to wait. The food was delicious and the waitress was very friendly. We had the Mediterranean bowl and salmon burger. They were out of several draft beers, which was disappointing, but we would go back. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
