Charming old school hippie vegan joint with friendly service, situated in an apartment on the first floor. Tasty food - creamy potato stew perfect winter food, also enjoyed the green salad with beans, freshly squeezed fruit juice and the ‘energy ball’, cacao and coconut dessert. Five stars given for the fact that in Croatia is not easy to find dedicated vegan or vegetarian food places. Besides that, Makrovega Rijeka is very welcoming and 'real' food prices are very friendly and the food is yummy. We had chickpea salads, hummus, vegan burger - aubergine and veg cheese - and vegan pizza. Water is on the house, relaxing meditative atmosphere, friendly service
