The menu looks amazing so we wanted to give it a try. It’s hidden in a shopping center in Carrollton. It’s small inside and HOT! We ordered the salt squid it was ok soggy not crispy , the hu tieu was lacking flavor , the crab banh canh was ok nothing fancy . It’s on the sweeter side , they don’t carry hoisin sauce either . The beef flat noodles with gravy was the Best dish.. The canh Chu was also on the sweeter side. The service was great. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Breakfast

For this style, Hoisin sauce is not used. Instead, we pair it with red vinegar, soy sauce, and pickled chilies for the authentic balance.We understand everyone's palate is unique.
