Visited Short North on October 6th. The food and atmosphere were enjoyable. Unfortunately, my experience was tarnished by our waiter, who repeatedly made disparaging remarks about Italians from the New York/New Jersey area. When I mentioned that I’m actually Italian and from New Jersey, he responded with, “so you understand where I’m coming from,” which certainly felt dismissive rather than apologetic. It was disappointing to encounter this attitude, especially in an Italian restaurant where one would expect more respect for Italian heritage. Food: 4 Atmosphere: 4

A nice place for dinner. I have a hard time finding good pasta places, but Marcella's served. I had the ravioli with cheese and it was very good. They pasta dough is handmade, and you can tell that it's fresh. They cooked it perfectly à la dente, and the sauce was just tasty. I had some Italian friends and they approved it ! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
