After a shift change on Aug 6 the breakfast restaurant “ Market Kitchen” is chaotic. You would not believe it is a W or any luxury hotel. And it is the customer’s fault for coming early if you came at 8 am therefore you will not get good service at this time. Some tables are not ready. The service people are still having meetings but not decided how to response with customers. And the food has the minimum variety. The cappuccino looks suspicious with a “transparent bubble” after you asked service. It is the worst 5 star hotel breakfast ever. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Wednesday grill night was a wonderful experience. Great selection of meats / fish / salads with live music to enhance the experience as the sun went down. We were so well looked after by Lisa - nothing was too much and she was so attentive A really enjoyable night we would definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
