A very disappointing experience at our local Marks & Spencer in Rugby today. The manager was extremely rude and sarcastic, which was completely unnecessary. I also noticed that the cherries were already out of date but hadn’t been reduced on time. I ended up leaving the shopping behind for them to sell to other customers, as the whole situation felt unacceptable.

Love M&S just wish it was a bigger store, still have to go to Foss Park for a major shop for clothes and home ware., as they don't have enough stock! Such a shame as they could have made the store much bigger.
