I ordered chicken mushroom steak. It was re-heated. I know because sauce was not hot enough and steak was cold inside. They didn't gave any knife for steak and i used standard knife. Ambiance was poor. Plaster was off from walls (downstairs, right side of floor standing air conditioner). Chair cushion went inside when I sat. Most of the waiters were dressed well but one gentleman from them was roaming around in flip flops. I was not expecting this from "Masoom's". Thes one and only good experience was the gaurd who assisted during car parking and was equally welcoming and smiling when i said i don't have any change to give him. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 5,000–6,000

Had a nice experience at Masooms Cafe Multan. The ambiance is cozy and perfect for hanging out with friends. Food variety is good and taste is mostly satisfying, especially their desserts and fast food. Service can be a bit slow at times, but overall it’s a decent place to relax and enjoy. Recommended for casual outings Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rs 2,000–3,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I visited recently, and the environment was pretty good. I’d rate the pizza 7/10 the chicken didn’t taste very fresh. The ambiance was nice though. One thing I noticed is that only one person was handling everything taking orders and managing customers so it felt a bit slow. They should definitely add another staff member.
