The professional service is a big benefit of this place. Prices here are reported to be fair. The atmosphere is cool, a lot of people appreciated the concept of this spot. I had a very disappointing experience at Barbears Buffet. I would give it only 1 out of 5 stars. The overall quality of the food was below expectations. Many dishes were either cold or lacked proper taste, and the variety did not match what was advertised. Considering the price of the buffet, the experience was definitely not worth it. Hygiene and food freshness should be improved as well. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their food quality and customer service in the future. I used to really like this place and would often visit specifically for their lasagna, but unfortunately it was not available this time. We ordered the Marrakesh steak. The taste was good, but the portion size was noticeably small. On top of that, it was served with rice even though I had clearly requested mashed potatoes. When I pointed this out, the staff member said, “Main aap ko mashed potatoes bhi laa deta hoon.” While they did bring the mashed potatoes, they were later added separately to the bill, which was disappointing and unprofessional since the mistake was not ours. Next, we ordered the cheese sandwich, and honestly, it was disastrous. It was served in very small, plain bread slices with almost no cheese inside and had an extremely bland taste. Considering the price, it was not worth it at all and felt very poorly executed. To make matters worse, the mint margarita was listed at Rs. 520 on the menu, but it was charged as Rs. 620 on the bill without any explanation. Overall, the quality and quantity of food have clearly declined. The service and serving time were also quite poor. Even my past experience with their lasagna was inconsistent. The first time I tried it, the quantity was shockingly low. The second time, the same dish was filled to the top of the serving plate. I have attached pictures to show this inconsistency. All of this shows that the restaurant does not pay attention to consistency, pricing transparency, or ensuring a good customer experience. Unfortunately, based on multiple visits, they do not seem concerned about maintaining quality or service standards anymore. (Also please do not try their beef burgers by any chance, they are super dry, served cold and bland in taste, chicken burger was somewhat okayish) Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 4,000–5,000 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

We visited Barbears today for their iftar buffet. I’ll start with the positive: the taste of the food was genuinely good, and whatever dishes were served were well-prepared. That said, the overall buffet experience was very disappointing and honestly felt misleading. A buffet is supposed to offer variety with proper refills — an eat-all-you-want experience. Unfortunately, most dishes were served only once and never refilled. After the first round, several items completely ran out. The only things that kept coming were samosas and pakoras, which defeats the purpose of paying for a full buffet. One of the biggest issues was the baked chicken, which was clearly mentioned in the menu and was supposed to be the star dish of the buffet. Only one chicken was brought out for the entire hall. Guests kept asking for refills; initially, the staff said it was “in the making”. Later, they started giving excuses like “koi masla ho gaya hai”. No refill ever came, which was extremely disappointing and felt dishonest. The dessert service was another letdown. Dessert was served very late, so late that many guests had already left, assuming there was none. Even when it was finally served, it was only one serving with no refill, again completely against the concept of a buffet. Overall, while the food quality was good, the buffet management was poor. Advertising items that aren’t properly served, limiting refills, and delaying dessert feels like misleading customers under the name of a buffet. If quantities are limited, this should be clearly communicated beforehand so people know what they’re paying for. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously. The food has potential, but the buffet system needs major improvement to be fair and customer-friendly. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 6,000–7,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
