I have never encountered this level of fantastic customer service. I interacted with Adam and Michael at the front counter of the Georgetown, KY location. I was ordering food to go for coworkers who had accidentally written their orders from the catering menu online. These items aren't available on the regular menu, so I said they will eat the closest thing to it. But Adam and Michael wouldn't hear of it. Adam went back to the kitchen to get it made himself! I've dealt with customers before and have never been as patient and kind as they were in this type of situation. Super helpful, friendly, etc.... Not a bit of it felt forced just because "the customer is always right". They seemed genuinely happy to help. Thanks guys!!!

They NEVER get online orders correct. Always missing something you pay extra for bacon and you dont get it and or they dont know what goes on their sandwiches or soups. Sometimes you get a pickle and a lot of times you dont get one. For fifty dollars I really dont recommend.

While I am choosing to recommend this place via facebook, I do have a few complaints. Overall, I've had a positive experience with McAlister's. I had previously dined in, but decided to order carry-out tonight. While the staff member greeted me as I picked up the order and was friendly, when I got home I was a little disappointed with the sandwich (I ordered a French dip). The bread was very stale and hard to chew (although one part was soaked with juice from the meat) and there was very little cheese on the sandwich (hardly recognizable). Maybe it's just a carry-out thing, or maybe it's not a busy time and they used leftover bread, or maybe it was busy and they weren't as attentive, but regardless I will likely not be ordering carry-out or delivery again. I will probably give this place another chance by dining in though.
