On Monday at 5:09 p.m. drove in 1st lane of drive through. Began saying hello to intercom. Guy came on a said I will be right with you. At that time no one in outside lane. Soon a black truck drove up in the outside lane. The Guy waited on him first. We began saying hello again in the intercom. No response. Then a maroon SUV drove up in the outside lane. Again saying hello in intercom. Well the GUY waited on the SUV next. We sat there while this GUY waited on the outside lane twice before taking our order. I was getting very upset and we could not leave because we were blocked in by the 2 cars he waited on before us. This sort of customer service is inexcusable. Surely they know who was there first! What is wrong with this employee? He just did not care. He was doing what was easy for him. McDonald's needs to get it together! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

There is not one time that I have came through drive through and they have me wait at a number over 15 minutes. There could be no line, and they still have me wait. Like I said it’s always more than 10 minutes waiting for my food Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Customer service is dead here, nobody notices when you arrive. they look at you like you are bothering them. even the managers too. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
