I stopped at this McDonald's drive-thru for an iced coffee and specifically asked for extra Splenda. After driving away, I kept tasting something unusual in my coffee. When I looked inside the cup, I noticed black specks floating in the drink. I checked the bottom of the cup and found what appeared to be black pepper added to my coffee. This was done intentionally as a joke, it is completely unacceptable. There was atleast 3 teaspoons of pepper in my coffee. Customers trust that their food and drinks are prepared professionally and safely. I am extremely disappointed and concerned that someone thought it would be funny to tamper with a customer's order. I would like management to investigate this incident and determine who prepared the drink. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this location. I call the manager and they requested i come back to get another one. I said NO and I hope this goes to corporate! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My go-to Mcdonald’s restaurant, but I ordered a 10-piece McNugget and only received 9. I genuinely thought I was going crazy for a second and had to recount them. My ranch sauce was also missing from the bag. The food itself was still good, so I wasn’t too upset. It seemed like the staff may have been new or still learning, so mistakes happen. Just hoping for a little more attention to order accuracy next time. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Today I got to McDonalds and I ordered 2 meals, I bought a chicken deluxe and Big Mac World Cup meal, then once I got the meal (as in spefically the chicken deluxe). The chicken was burnt and small!! So then when I went to talk to the manager (whose name is Marisol Martinez) she said “so fast to complain!” So I told her instead I don’t want anything because who would want a chicken burnt and small, I means it’s horrible!!! so I asked to get my money back. She then had then got mad and said “who tells you to even come here and eat here” excuse me? You’re over here giving the worst old food ever and getting upset at me? And then she refused to give me the refund didn’t even want to give me a new sandwich. Overall if you want good food and don’t want to waste your money. Don’t come here. The fries and the Big Mac were cold and disgusting. They honestly just serve you whatever they feel like giving to you and thinking it’s ok. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
