I too, would rate this location with zero stars if I could. Their customer service is awful. Maybe this specific location is under staffed, but every time we placed a mobile order it takes FOREVER to come out. And there’s ALWAYS an issue with something in our order being incorrect.

I ordered in the app and Uber Eats picked up my food. Once I received my food it was cold. I reached out to Uber Eats for a refund and they processed it and told me that McDonald will issue the refund in 7-10 business days. While it's been 14 business days so I reached out. For the last two hours McDonald and Uber Eats have been putting the blame on each other. I have had McDonald customer service employee hang up on me multiple times and others transferring me to Uber Eats. If there is something legal that I can do please let me know. At this point it's not about the money it's about the principals Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped by this McDonald's expecting the usual quality, and while the food and the service was great, there were a few hiccups. We got the Monopoly package, but they didn't have the cups with Monopoly stickers. I mentioned it to the staff after and they say that they finish them all. On top of that, the receipt machine was out of paper, so we never got our receipt. These little things added up and prevented me from giving it a full 5 stars. Still, the food was good, and it's a convenient spot. Maybe with a little attention to detail, it'll hit a home run next time."
