I’m not surprised this McDonald’s at 1585 Pooler Parkway in Pooler, Georgia only has about a two-star rating. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was told at the window that the three McFlurries I ordered were unavailable because the machine was down. While removing the McFlurry from my bill, they also accidentally removed the additional large fry I had requested. When I reached the next window, I asked if I could pay for the extra large fry, and the manager rudely told me they had no way to charge me at that window and walked off. Absolutely horrible customer service. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

It was very bad experience for my whole life. I’ve been to this place twice, and both times they forgot 1–3 items from my order. I usually stop here right before a long drive, so I couldn’t just turn around and go back to fix it. The staff was unfriendly, and even when I asked them to double check my order, they didn’t really help or give a clear answer. Definitely won’t be going to this location again. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff through the drive thru were very rude when taking orders I've been to this McDonald's 3 times and everytime I've had a bad experience with customer service, would not recommend going here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
