In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters serve nicely cooked spicy chicken, bacon and double burgers here. Guests don't like tea at this fast food. Food delivery is a big plus of Wendy's. A lot of people point out that employees are competent here. Most visitors suppose that the service is decent. This place is associated with the charming atmosphere. Robert is the ONLY reason this location isnt out of business. Employee at DT window was rude for no reason. We were missing items from our mobile order, called and initially spoke with Robert. He put me hold & then a lady comes on the line. I asked if she's a manager too because I was already speaking with someone. I asked her name because if I had to explain it again, I would rather just speak with Robert. She begins yelling and I could hear her fussing in the background. Beyond unprofessional. Won't be back here since clearly they only trained Robert to use his customer service skills. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After specifically exiting the interstate to eat at this Wendy's I couldn't be more disappointed. At approximately 6:50pm we went inside and stood by the register to order, purposely bypassing the kiosks. We were then TOLD "Im going to have you use the Kiosk." I replied with "What if I don't want too?" And she replied with "Well, i can't take your order." She turned and walked away. I'm now comfortable typing this from a Chick-Fil-A who was happy to take our order. Maybe some remedial training on customer service is in order. Service: 1
