If I could give this restaurant a zero for service I would. The morning Manager Laura is SUPER rude. She doesn't have good communication skills or understanding. We placed an order before 10am for breakfast and got there a little after 10:30. They told us we couldn't get our order because breakfast was over and they make the order when you arrive. OKAY??! So how do the Door Dash orders be sitting there ready to go bag sealed for hours...you don't wait for the Door Dash Driver to arrive to start cooking your frozen food. STOP!!! Then she told us the money would be refunded immediately...it was not!. By this time we had to order lunch and pay AGAIN...the manager kept yelling at my daughter, "Ma'am you cannot get your food!" even though she had placed a NEW order and was not trying to get the old order. FIRST OF ALL! I paid over $20 for my order and should've been refunded so don't act like I'm trying to steal food!!! SECOND there should be a warning when you place the order on the trash app that says breakfast orders not picked up before 10:30 will be canceled. I'm not going to check the website or go Google it...It should be on the app. Regardless the rudeness was unnecessary. I hate when these managers try to act like they own the restaurant, actually made the food or even paid for it and treat paying customers like they are trying to steal. It is uncalled for. I definitely will not be returning to this McDonalds. DON'T DO A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB IF YOU'RE GOING TO BE A JERK! Food: 3 Service: 1

Can't complain another food because their ice cream machine is ALWAYS out of service!!! I've come several times for a Mcflurry and EVERY time their machine is not working...like ..for reals?!?! I passed another McDonald's but decided to stop here since is on my way home to my surprise..they couldn't serve the Mcflurry.....I'm off work ..tired...just wanted a dessert to enjoy on my way home...since it's taking me 47 min....very disappointing Food: 1 Service: 1

Didn’t need a receipt so I’m not sure the employees name but whoever was working the drive thru tonight around 11:30 pm was amazing! Complimented me, was very nice and friendly and all I got was a Coke, but I was so pleasantly surprised by this employee. After a hard day, that was just what I needed! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
