I recently tried Michy's Chino Boricua Restaurant and the fusion of Chinese and Puerto Rican flavors was surprisingly delicious. NOT good. We ordered food wanting to try the restaurant due to positive reviews. However, we were extremely disappointed. The broccoli beef comes with fries which is a tad weird but not the end of the world. It’s also sweet not spicy. We ordered plantains and way too garlicky. The rice wasn’t good either. Seemed like it wasn’t fresh.
