Visited them around midnight, they’re a short walk from Trevi Fountain. Paid 10€ for 2 decently-large scoops of gelato. It tasted wonderful! Flavours looked quite appetizing and were eye-catching, which led us into the shop. They were quite nice when we selected flavors and they were serving them. Asked for a picture of the cup along with their wares - they graciously and happily offered. Seemed fine until we were about to exit the shop when they loudly started saying something in Italian which did sound like something rude - we just walked away quickly.

The gelato was okay, but nothing special. Unfortunately, the price completely overshadowed the experience. We paid €30 for three gelatos, which felt extremely excessive and difficult to justify given the quality. After our visit, I noticed other reviews mentioning concerns about inconsistent pricing, which made the experience even more disappointing. There are many great gelato shops in Italy offering better value for money. I would not return or recommend this place.

Terrible experience. The ice looked good so I wanted to try the mint taste, I asked for a small cup, he said yes, but got a big one only with mint ice, tasted like chewing gum, the cup was well filled with ice cream with a terrible taste that I felt sick every time I pass an ice-cream bar. And when you receive the bill you get an heart attack because it cost a fortune, 15€ for chewing gum ice that you only wanted to taste, you eat yourself sick. We came out the shop with 2 cups for 30€, it was more expensive than going for a good pizza meal.
