Cozy place with option to seat inside and outside. The staff proposed to check a two-meal menu with drink for 20 EUR and options were quite attractive. So we take Maltese salad / ravioli and rabbit stew / grilled fish with glass of wine / beer. Nice portions, delicious food, very good service (smiling will save the world!) and very affordable! Highly recommended! Tasty food, reasonable prices, gentlemanly host - what more could you wish for? Quiet area, if easy to miss - from Triton fountain, through City Gate, turn left after arcade into Ordnance Street; Mina's is at the end of the row of cafes. The only thing it might need is an illuminated signboard to let you know it's there. See for yourself!
