In theory a good wine restaurant, but it was not a good experience. We ordered wine by the glass, they brought the glass already full and we didn't see the bottle, when we asked for it (before serving it) they refused to show it to us, what wine did we drink? We didn't know. The 2nd glass that they brought us by mistake was saved and given to another table... The fish linguine dish was not good for our taste, they didn't explain it well, even so they told us later that they would charge us for it anyway since they gave it to us They explained beforeok, we accept it, but it is not the best decision. Oh and although we didn't like it he put it on a tray to take away. The uneven service: the very nice young woman and the surly young man. High prices, in line with the commercial area where it is located. The place is good and so is the atmosphere. But our experience was not good. We were initially very excited about the idea of dining at Trabuxu Bistro but we were terribly disappointed. Despite the pretty decor, we found the welcome very unfriendly. Then, due to allergies and dietary restrictions, I wanted to order a starter and two side dishes rather than a main course and a side dish, a request which resulted in a peremptory and non-negotiable refusal. I was therefore forced to order the most expensive dish and, faced with the impossibility of changing the accompaniment, added another extra. When the dishes arrive, already the accompaniment theoretically included in my dish is not served to me, and above all, the cooking of my fish is not respected: I had asked for an oven-baked fish and I end up with a fillet of fried fish... When I point this out to the waiter, I am told with a haughty air that "the fish was cooked in the oven but the cook decided to fry it afterwards". So once again I have no choice. Of course, I didn't manage to finish this fillet, although very small for 30€, because it was much too fatty and therefore very disgusting. Furthermore, cooking of my partner's meat was not requested and he was served a blue lamb. Oddly after that, no waiter smiled at us again, we were not offered desserts and no one said goodbye to us when we left. If Trabuxu Bistro seems to have forgotten that the customer is king, it is nevertheless he who pays the bill and it is steep: more than €110 for a starter, two main courses and a bottle of wine (chosen from the least expensive )... Especially considering the quality of the meal. In short, an establishment to be avoided as much for its lack of consideration for the customer, for its disappointing cuisine as for the deplorable quality and the contemptuous attitude of the service.
