What an absolute gem! A casual place with PHENOMENAL food, yummy boba drinks, and great service. I've ordered takeout and dined in. I love it! Ming Chef Asian Cuisine was an awesome find on a busy street. My husband and I were greeted and led to our table right away. The server was very attentive and we got our waters right away. There is a very extensive menu. It can take you a while to find something to eat if you don't know what you're looking for. We ordered the French beef cube stone bowl rice and the barbecue pork and wonton noodles soup. the beef cubes were delicious and the sauce that covered them was sweet and spicy. The stone bowl did a great job of keeping the food hot. After twenty minutes the food was still hot and had to be cooled before it could be eaten. The dish came with kimchee. I cannot eat spicy food and this was not clear from the description on the menu. The wonton soup had a great chicken broth and was loaded with wontons. I counted six wontons. There was a very healthy helping of noodles in the soup. The barbecue pork was tender and fatty, just the way I like it.. This was plenty of food to fill us up. I very highly recommend Ming Chef Asian Cuisine. The food was fantastic as was the service. I will be back to try more dishes when I'm in the area.
