I placed an online order from Mitch's Tavern on May 9, 2025, and paid around $40. When we arrived to pick it up, the restaurant was closed due to a plumbing issue. I completely understand that things happen—but what’s frustrating is the lack of follow-up. I’ve sent multiple emails and haven’t received any response. At this point, they still have my money and I have no food or explanation. Very disappointed in the customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $10–20
