If you get the Ramen here, omit or don’t get the soft boiled egg because it’s not, it’s poached. This place has no clue what a soft boiled egg is. Soft boiled eggs are cooked in the shell for 6-7 minutes. Google it miyagi ramen or don’t call it a soft boiled egg. Food: 3
