Expect to pay full price, for smaller portion sizes if you do not tip. I’ve noticed that there always seems to be something wrong with my food if I don’t tip, which is not required. Disappointed that I get ripped off on a meal that costs 15+ bucks for them to skimp on portion sizes.

Best Modern Market location by far. The patio is spacious and shady, sometimes disheveled but clean and has a great view of the mountains. I’m always given double protein when I order it and the staff is so kind. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve been to this location several times and they have the worst night crew. They stop letting you dine in store at 8:30 when they close at 9:00 but tonight was the last straw. They didn’t even toast my sandwich. It taste awful and I can barely pick it up. It’s gluten free and falling apart. As a restaurant owner myself I think corporate should fix this before it ruins their business. Mod Market has great food usually but this location isn’t worth it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
