Extremely rude service. We had a large group reserved and because of the shoddy way of how he was talking and refusing to re-seat us away from the blazing sun we saw no other option but be forced to leave. We went next door to Principe di Metternich which was much friendlier and had AC inside. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €100+ Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Parking is unavailable

Unfortunately, our visit to Tavernetta al Molo was a big letdown. We arrived looking forward to a nice meal by the sea, but were met with rudeness and zero hospitality. The staff was incredibly unfriendly and seemed annoyed by our presence from the start. When we asked about food, we were abruptly told that the kitchen was closed — no apology, no explanation, just a cold brush-off. It was an sunny afternoon, and there were still people sitting and eating, so the whole situation felt unfair and unprofessional. We felt completely unwelcome and left without ordering anything. Definitely not the kind of service you expect at a place that presents itself as a cozy tavern. Won’t be coming back and can’t recommend this place to anyone expecting basic courtesy and hospitality.
