This fairly new restaurant is located in the heart of Rhodes town. Its modern design combined with the right lighting and some great tunes create a cozy atmosphere for the visitors. The cuisine is mainly mediterranean with a creative 'twist', which gives each dish a unique tasting result. Yet the menu is short and uncomplicated. There's also a wide selection of good wines to choose from. I've visited Moments quite a few times now and I'm impressed with the consistency in food quality. The ingredients are always fresh, the food perfectly cooked and the dishes beautifully presented. The service is top-notch as the staff is professional and very friendly. If you are a meat-eater like myself, make sure to try their tagliata. Pair it with a nice red wine (Andrea, one of the owners will help you pick the right one).
