Tried Nepali food today in Silver Spring, MD, and I have to say — it was an excellent experience. I had jhol momo, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavor profile was spot on: a perfect balance of a little sour, a little spicy, and incredibly tasty overall. The broth added a unique depth that made it stand out from anything I’ve tried before. If you haven’t explored Nepali cuisine yet, I strongly recommend giving it a try. It brings a different kind of flavor experience that’s both comforting and exciting at the same time. For me, everything was a solid 5/5 — taste, quality, and overall satisfaction. It was absolutely delicious! The owner is super kind and helpful when ordering for the first time. I got the Chili Momos which were spicy but still had incredible flavor. It was an awesome introduction to Nepalese food and flavors. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
