2nd visit (most likely last): Visited on 15 jun (sunday) it was all empty. This time i also ordered starters however the quantity of the starters seemed less compared to price. My sister ordered the red sauce pasta (first pasta in the list parmigiana) they served with white sauce. They do not have big water bottles only 500 ml water bottles (charging 200 for a small water bottle is also insane). The peach ice tea which was perfect in the first visit was nothing likely like before it was pretty tasteless this time. The drinks were served after we finished our food. The food was amazing but had a terible experience in service I visited again and this time brought my guest however pretty disappointing. And it is confirmed that they do tax evasion as there is no fbr logo in the slip and secondly this time the worker was lying ke machine nhi chal rhi ap bank transfer kar dein he said repeatedly i said ap machine le aye agar nhi go through hui transaction then i will toh itni gandi shakal bana ke laye and it went through he was just lying shame on them. In short food is nice but ridiculous prices, average service, tax evasion and waiter lying. Also i just noticed in the bill they added service charges in the bill for this shit service? And previously it wasnt there and if i would have checked it earlier these i would not have tipped these scumbags 1st visit:Visited monarca on sunday night (was expecting to be full just like any other restaurant on sunday but it was all empty) They had lift reaching on 4th floor on the right is there indoor and the stairs lead towards their rooftop i sat on roof top however waha sheesha wagera chal rha tha toh decided to go indoor. Indoor was very good and jis time i wa dthere pora indoor khali hi tha. (Bas ac ka pani drip ho rha tha sofa seat jo i got). Waiter gave a bell which is pretty good and when ever i pressed he instantly came that was pretty nice. The food was prety good in taste and presentation was on point. Peach ice tea was tooooo much strong. Chiken monarca portion needs to be increased. The waiter brought the bill i told him card pe gst is less (the bill had 15) then he changed the bill however i did not saw the fbr logo on the bill (i have attached old bill in photos which had 15% gst uspey bhi fbr logo nhi he) all the restaurants should learn from casa bistro a bill should have two amounts both different gst one on cash one on card. Over all good experience i would rate 8.5 out of 10. They did not had a baby chair which was a bit disappointing if it is a family restaurant therefore they should have it. 5 person bill around 12-13k. The packaging was exactly copy of xanders (at first thought we all thought they by mistake gave us in xanders packaging). Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: Rs 3,500–4,000 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: They had salad

Restaurant is situated on 4th floor + the roof. 4th floor has indoor restaurant meanwhile roof is open-air. Lift is available in the building. Location is convenient and can be spotted from the main road. Shisha is available at the restaurant. Eating Menu is concise, to the point and not overloaded with options. Due to summer heat, we decided to sit indoors. We were 2 people. We ordered 1 pasta, 1 cheese pizza, 1 premium shisha and drinks. Bill was 8,700 inclusive of SST. Both food and shisha were satisfactory. Not bad but not too memorable either. Service was swift. Though, after paying our bill, they didn't let us finish our shisha. When inquired, they told us that police is coming so that's why they are closing the shisha. But then while walking out, i saw a table of 5 guys who still had their shisha. When i asked why the shisha of the other table has not been taken away like ours, i was not given a satisfactory answer. I left with the feeling of being a bit cheated. Price per person: Rs 3,500–4,000 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Tried a variety of dishes at Monarca and overall, I was impressed! The chicken steak, beef steak, sandwich, and burger were all absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and well-prepared. However, the grilled prawns were a letdown. They had a slightly smelly and bitter taste, which made them hard to enjoy. Wouldn’t recommend that dish based on my experience. Still, the rest of the food made up for it, and I’d happily return to try more from the menu. Just might skip the seafood next time!
