We had been in Rome and found a few restaurants not very Italian and satisfying. That is until we came to Panificio Monti. They were very helpful and kind, and their food was absolutely amazing and very authentic to the Italian culture. We went back that same night to order more as a midnight snack. Would highly recommend this restaurant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Parking: Very friendly Italian. Kid-friendliness: Absolutely

A hidden gem. Cozy, humble, homely place for good food from warm, friendly hosts. Came here because of the long waitings at the other big cafes and am absolutely happy I did. The fried calzone(calzeoni fritti) was the best experience in Rome. The tartlets are also great. Recommend to those that feel fatigue from the mass tourism. Feels like home. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
