As Chinese, roast suckling pig is our classic dish. The suckling pig here is fragrant and salty. The only drawback is that the bread is too cold. It would be better if it is slightly hot. I just loved that place. Definitely not a major stop in the city but I passed by Er Buchetto for a quick snack before a train back to the airport and... daaiiimmmn, that basic looking sandwich just hit the spot. Really flavourful, in an unexpected way. I also loved the atmosphere, really not more than a hole in the wall, with five small tables, an old man reading the newspaper and looking like he's part of the furniture, the owner slicing a massive piece of meat to make your sandwich, a bit of attitude from him as you mumble some Italian to order...
