Ever since the remodel started, the service has been absolutely unacceptable. Food options are constantly unavailable, and the overall customer service is some of the worst I’ve experienced. The employees come across as completely uninterested and act as though helping customers is an inconvenience. What makes this even more frustrating is that the food is actually AMAZING. Unfortunately, great food means very little when the service is this poor and basic menu items aren’t even available when customers want them. Having to wait until after 10 AM to order certain items and until 11 AM for wings is ridiculous. I understand that a remodel can create temporary challenges, but that does not excuse poor customer service, limited food availability, or employees making customers feel unwelcome. Management seriously needs to address this. The quality of the food deserves better than the level of service being provided right now. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We visited Mr. Taco in downtown Riverside for the second time. We savored the gobernador tacos and sipped on some refreshing Pacifico Clara micheladas. To enhance the ambiance, local musicians performed some captivating Mexican music. Overall, it’s an excellent spot to unwind and socialize. The owner or manager, along with his attentive staff, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their friendly and helpful demeanor truly made our experience memorable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Parking: Ask the staff for hidden parking spots; they have other parking available. Kid-friendliness: If they don’t enjoy loud music, bring an iPad with headphones. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair users often rely on the assistance of others to maneuver their wheelchairs.
