I had a really disappointing experience at this café. When I raised a concern about my order, the staff responded in a rude and dismissive way, almost like “take it or leave it.” It felt confrontational rather than helpful, and there was no effort to understand or resolve the issue. Customer service is just as important as the food or drinks, and unfortunately this experience lacked basic respect. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they respect customers in the future. Service: 1

Mr.Cooper restaurant located in Kandy and has to walk few floors. You can see surrounding and in the top floor. Day time having more heat inside but not taking to control it. Have to walk few floors to reached it. However ordered rice as well as as mojito, but mojito is not in good. Consist enough space for dining.
