Worst customer service. I made a reservation in advance and arrived on time, only to be told that they had no record of it. I was given excuses: that I hadn’t paid a deposit and hadn’t confirmed my reservation. The problem is that no one ever asked me to pay a deposit and no one ever called to confirm it. To make things even more confusing, I had called the day before to ask if I could add 1 more person to my reservation. I was told the place was fully booked and that the extra person could come early and sit at the bar. If there was no reservation under my name in the first place, how was I discussing adding someone to it the day before? Mistakes happen but what was most disappointing was the complete lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude. There was no attempt to resolve the situation just an “it is what it is” approach. They simply couldn’t have cared less.
