Food was great! Very unassuming restaurant. Very small space. We were surprised at how good the food was. My 2 kids (12,7) left very happy and full. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Disclaimer: not everything we ate is pictured here. We had the following: Chicken thighs with plum vinegar -. The thighs were SUCCULENT and well grilled. The plum flavour, however, could not really be tasted. Omakase yakitori -. We were served chicken heart, gizzards, liver, thigh and cartilage with something else. It was grilled to the extent that one could enjoy the firm but not stiff texture of the different types of chicken parts. I also liked that the chef included a good variety of chicken parts. Personally, I enjoy liver, gizzards and heart. Grilled vegetables of the day -. It had the taste of the yakitori meat oil. Excellent. Texture was perfectly executed too. Highballs (Jim Bean and KOZU) -. No complaints. Great stuff, good ratio. Overall, we had a great experience at this izekaya tucked in a quiet neighbourhood. I recommend a visit here. The chef was also a pretty cool guy. He had a signed baseball card on the wall, along with many different currencies from international visitors of this izekaya.
