Great little ramen place next to the Williamsburgh bridge. Very friendly staff. The tontoro pork ($19) was delicious. The broth was creamy and not too salty. 1 Thick piece of slice pork could have been a bit more tender, but overall will def come back again to try the steak. I have seen Nakamura driving over the Williamsburg Bridge for years and finally got a chance to try it, and it did not disappoint. The Gyoza was standard, but the Ton Toro Pork Ramen, with Ajitama egg, was AWESOME! The broth was the best I’ve tasted in a ramen. The only complaint I have, and it’s a selfish one, is I wished they’d have given more chashu. They only gave one piece and it was so delicious - I wished they had given two pieces per order. Definitely worth a trip back the next time I’m in the area. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Tontoro Ramen
