Food is great, just as Nando's always is. However for the takeaway burgers, I wish they'd not drown the box and bottom bun in basting to the point it's soggy by the time they hand it to me. Service is decent. No complaints there. Atmosphere is perfectly fine. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The customer service IN THE DRIVE THRU was something I haven’t experienced in ever. Unsure the name of the lady who took my order through the intercom, but it was incredibly refreshing not to hear “anything else?” “was that all?” “is that it?” after ordering an item off the menu. Didn’t rush, got the order right, and actually restored my views on what acceptable customer service is. All other fast food restaurants should definitely learn from her to give paying customers the service they deserve! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Seemed like a great place to get food as I was starving.. only to find once I arrived place is cashless and I only had cash on me”. So left and luckily had another different reasturant next door. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
