Really disappointing experience here. Somehow my order was completely missed, and I ended up sitting there with nothing while everyone else was eating. I brought it up and reordered, but even then, my food still didn’t come out. I had to keep asking multiple times before I finally got it—about 30 minutes after ordering—by which point everyone else at the table was already finished. The communication from the staff was terrible. No clear updates, no urgency, and no real acknowledgment of the issue. When I finally got my meal, it was undercooked and honestly pretty questionable. On top of that, the flavors were mediocre at best—nothing worth the wait or the hassle. Just don’t do it. There are plenty of better spots around that are actually worth your time and money. We ordered Kung pao chicken and beef pho. The price is cheaper than the other pho restaurant but neither one of these dishes were great. I would rather pay more and have better food. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
