We frequent Tha Joint regularly in Sparks and it is usually very good however last night we had sushi there and it was poor at best. Rice is very important in making sushi and the rice was wet, gummy and the poor quality of it ruined every bite we took. I have not been disappointed with this product or establishment in the past so I hope this was just a bad night but the many sushi cooks should have recognized the problem with the rice. Well it’s been quiet a long time since I’ve been here. Came here in the spur of the moment and was seated quickly at the bar. Service was good, checking to make sure everything was good periodically. The food was great and wait time wasn’t very long. Wasn’t too busy on a Tuesday dinner service. Wasn’t too loud inside so you could have a conversation with the people around you. Sorry I don’t remember what the name of the rolls were. All were good and satisfyingno complaints Would definitely come here again Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
