Here’s a cleaner, more natural version of your review: ⸻ Our experience at the Noodlebox West Saanich location was amazing. The chef, who goes by the nickname Nanu, took our order and really went above and beyond. We asked for something spicy with an Indian-style flavor, and he suggested adding a mix of vegetables and tofu, then personally customized the spices for us. The result was absolutely delicious—it reminded me of the authentic flavors I’ve had back in India. We honestly didn’t expect to find that kind of taste here, but Nanu truly made our day with his effort and skill. I would definitely recommend trying Noodlebox, especially this location, and if you get the chance, have your meal prepared by Nanu. He clearly understands customer preferences and knows how to deliver great flavor. 5+ stars to him! Thanks, Nanu, for making such a wonderful meal for us.
