Yashika made us the most amazing food! Place was spotless. Fast service. Have been coming here a lot recently as a the food is reliable, fast and enjoyable. Unfortunately my friends and I’ve been noticing that there’s a female worker that’s only recently started here who has been making it difficult to enjoy our usually-reliable experience here. We’ve noticed this worker’s been using the same glove to pick up sprinkles of each ingredient when dressing the burritos, basically cross contaminating the ingredients and neglecting the purpose of the scooper within each tray. One of my friends noticed she had trouble pouring the BAR sauce bottle, picked out the chunk of old dried sauce out of the tip, and wiped it off her fingers on his burrito. We also noticed she commonly fails to increase her volume when communicating with customers about ingredients, and displays a slight attitude for the rest of the time she’s making your dish/burrito if you ask her to repeat herself or seem unsure of what she says. I’m not sure about my buddies but I know I’d like to continue coming here for the food and the rest of the staff who are rockstars, but this one particular worker might be the reason we stop enjoying burritos altogether.
