NOT WHAT I HOPED FOR pizza is OK, but if you’re looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza, this is not it. I’m comparing to Italy, and authentic restaurants such as Spacca Napoli in Chicago. Crust was dry, not flavourful. Not much sauce. The whole pizza lacked flavor and tho we dined in, it arrived slightly warm (not hot).. When I first ordered and asked for olive oil and was met by a quizzical look and charged extra for tiny container of olive oil (a basic that’s always served with Neapolitan pizza the world over), I realized this wasn’t going to meet expectations. The only upside for me was that they do use the “00” flour from Italy which meant I can eat it at least, being gluten sensitive. Novanta is VERY busy so I’m guessing some other their other pizzas are better. I just felt it was important to add my review for others who are seeking authentic Neapolitan pizza Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Great pizza with minal service. They have beer but no bar. Worth the visit. Price per person: $50–60
