This has always been a good place for drinks, food, service and sports tv... Today .., not so much for the service ....! I arrived at 4 pm (opening) and sat at the bar for 15 minutes before I finally had to ask for a food menu...from another server who was not even working the bar . ... the female working the bar got an attitude because I asked for my check .... from another server who wasn't working the bar ... The bartender must of had other stuff on her mind.... because her customer service SUCKED... She should concentrate on doing her job and not be ear hustling the patrons talk... ... thanks for the beer Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

First time here. The atmosphere was inviting. We loved the decore. The menu offered a lot of choices. My server was nice enough but lacked any type of enthusiasm. Maybe a bad day for him. We'll be back to again. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I were coming to the end of our vacation in Williamsburg and wanted to have something good to eat before hitting the road. My daughter suggested Oceans & Ale; it was the best dining choice of the whole vacation! Our server Madisyn was excellent, she was very attentive to our needs and requests. The food was well above everyone's expectations (for context, my family and I have VERY high expectations when it comes to dining out). This is DEFINITELY a place that I will return to again and highly recommended to EVERYONE that asks where to go for an all around great dining experience and even suggest it to those that don't ask!! Oceans & Ale IS THE BEST!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Seafood Pot Pie, Seafood Mac and Cheese
