It was possibly one of the weirdest experiences in terms of service that we've had, wait staff were hesitant when delivering our food to the table and the bar staff ran out of ingredients for some of the cocktails we ordered. Instead of letting us know and asking if we'd like to change our cocktail order, they simply made their own mixture of something and delivered it to us advising as such. Tbf the drink was nice but just an odd way to approach that situation. In saying all this the food was phenomenal and I would highly recommend this place for the food alone. Cudos to the Chefs! Beware! You cannot trust that what is on the menu is what you will be served. Management swap out items without warning and then blatantly lie to your face when questioned on the change. No concern for those with food intolerances, would rather put you in hospital or worse. To top off the rude, arrogant and disrespectful demeanour, they charge you a ‘music cover charge’ as you’re leaving the restaurant for a duo that sings for one hour!!! The poor staff had no idea. Shameful behaviour from management.
