I tried to go to this place earlier in the week and was left confused about their hours. The prompt response by staff and explanation about a staffing issue, with promise to correct the situation is all you can ask for in an honest and well respected local business! I have to say, their protein shakes are AMAZING and I plan to be back after each work out!

We stopped into One Stop Nutrition today and had a great experience! I got an Oreo protein shake for myself, and the kids got two Oreo shakes and two cotton candy shakes. Everything tasted amazing! The facility was super clean, the staff was friendly, and the whole process was quick and easy. We’ll definitely be back!
