Come for what it is. It's a resting space for the 700yen per person an hour. One coffee included. Only black ice/hot. I guess tourist come in looking for fancy stuff hence the slight rudeness you might feel from the owner as you enter. (I couldn't understand Japanese but he is clearly stating what he doesn't offer here) Bonus points for cute little dog that barks and also very curious about all the guest. Such a gem of a place. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
