Mixed Experience at DQ/Orange Julius Southgate I stopped by DQ/Orange Julius at Southgate Mall and had a so-so experience. The food itself was hit or miss—my Oreo Cupfection was delicious (definitely the highlight!), but my hot dog was smothered in mustard even though I asked for just a little. Not a huge deal, but still not what I ordered. The real downside was the customer service. I noticed a new hire being trained, and unfortunately, the trainer was pretty condescending to them. I overheard the interactions, and it really wasn’t a great look. Everyone starts somewhere, and a little patience goes a long way! Overall, the food was mostly good, but the service could use some improvement—especially when it comes to training new employees with respect.
