Orson is one of the best modern Korean restaurants I’ve been to in Paris. The chef does an incredible job of taking Korean cuisine and giving it a contemporary touch without losing what makes it so special. It’s creative, elegant, and refined, but never feels like it’s trying too hard. My absolute highlight was the king crab tteokbokki. I genuinely think I could eat that dish every single day. It was unforgettable. The entire meal was beautifully executed, the service was warm and effortless, and every dish felt thoughtful without being overcomplicated. There are plenty of restaurants that impress you once. Orson is one of the few that immediately made me want to come back. I’ll definitely be back for you king crab tteokbokki ️.
