First off you have to want an entire Roman Meal Experience when you come to Osteria Bacco. Secondly, ask for Antonio. He will be your guide to a wonderful experience. There is a difference in ordering off the menu and asking wait staff who understands the menu, the Kitchen and the chef! There is no way I can understand what is best that day on the menu. Antonio asked for food preferences and allergies and soon it was evident that he could be trusted to recommend the layers of a true Roman meal. Sometimes as Americans we make decisions on what to eat and what not tone at when in Rome without understanding the dining traditions. Trust me and trust Antonio, Osteria Bacco is onto the challenge of serving you the best Italian meal of your vacation. Starter: Chickory, grilled Porcino mushroom and caprese salad. Followed by: Eggplant parmigiana, prosciutto, Main: Lobster tonnarelli, pasta with porcino mushrooms, and grilled tuna with poppyseed crust with soy reduction. Dessert: Maspcarpone with wild berries. Recommended wine: Collepiano- Montefalco Sagrantino. That is the true recipe of a dining experience- food consultant (Antonio), expert Chef, outstanding recommendation and execution. Thank You Antonio and Osteria Bacco. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40 Vegetarian options: Let the staff know if you have restrictions or requirements
